Shipping methods & cost
- United States: free standard shipping on orders of $39.90 or more; otherwise a $3.50 flat rate.
- International: free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more; otherwise a $3.95 flat rate.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when Red Monté is responsible for an incorrect or damaged shipment.
Processing & delivery estimates
Orders usually require 1–3 business days to process. U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date. International orders usually arrive within 6–12 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; busy periods, carrier delays and customs can add time.
International duties & taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges may be collected by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are not refundable by Red Monté.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.
Pre-orders
If an order includes a pre-order item, the full order normally ships when the pre-order item is ready. Place separate orders if you want in-stock items dispatched sooner.
