Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from Red Monté. Please review the conditions below before starting a return.
15-day return window
- Request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Co-ord sets and multi-piece sets must be returned complete; partial returns are not accepted.
- Final-sale items, gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned, except where required by law.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact details with your order number and reason for return. Wait for approval and the return address before sending anything. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 2% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If Red Monté sent an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with clear photos so we can provide the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. For a different size or style, return the eligible item and place a new order. Incorrect, damaged or defective items are handled separately by customer support.
European Union cooling-off right
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, applicable law may provide a 14-day right to cancel or return an order. The item must still meet the condition requirements above unless local law provides otherwise.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
